Program 2: Freedom

The Freedom Program is often said to be about getting freedom from and getting freedom to, meaning:

• Moving those things which seem to be intractably lying in the INW to IWF. (The Freedom From Part).

• Unleashing Your Potential. (The Freedom To Part). To create new possibilities for living.

We move from INW to IWF and finally IWA by identifying and discarding all those chains (both known and hidden) which keep us bound there. Which as you will discover is an absorbing magical process a journey of self discovery as well as the discovery of what it means to be human, to live. 

We create new perceptions about our past, about ourselves, and about other people. We learn to let go of hurts and fears, to forgive.

We start to unleash our potential by learning to harness four important human capacities:

• Engagement – Connectedness (a meaningful involvement with people, things, context, society and universe), and the ability to reach out beyond oneself to experience communion.

• Creativity – Ability to:

◦ Create different perspectives and the use of these perspectives to generate new ideas. 

◦ Learn new knowledge and skills.

◦ Solve Problems.

• Firmness – Commitment to:

◦ Self discipline. 

◦ Challenge and push ones boundaries.

◦ Persevere and struggle to influence outcomes.

◦ Refusal to sink into passivity.

◦ Use change as an opportunity for growth.

• Flexibility – Commitment to:

◦ Resist & Endure when life is experienced as hard and demanding.

◦ To learn and extend oneself beyond constricted perspectives. 

◦ To use our skills in different places and different ways.

◦ To acquire better skills and expertise.

4 to 6 months every Tuesday, 7.00 pm to 9 pm.  

Venue: Holistic Living Centre, 10, Dev's Arcade (Next to Bharat tyres), Mahatma Nagar Road, Samarth  Nagar.             

Fees:

For new participants: Rs. 21000 (Inclusive of GST).  

For those who are repeaters of the Freedom program: Rs. 15000 (Inclusive of GST).
